All lists and resulting demographic and giving data utilized or collected by DirectLine Technologies, Inc. remain the property of our clients (list owners) and will not be used for any purpose other than those specified by contract with our clients. All client data is protected by industry-standard firewalls from SonicWALL, Inc., and we actively monitor for possible intrusion attempts.
Our web and FTP servers support the use of SSL in data transactions. Data servers are maintained in a secure machine room with keyless locks. All administrative offices are alarmed separately from our production areas, and computer password, security, and confidentiality policies and procedures mandated for all computer users.
DirectLine Technologies Inc. adheres to the American Teleservices Association Code of Ethics, TCPA Compliance Guidelines, PCI DSS data security requirements, and HIPAA Regulations.
