Designed from the Ground Up for Quality and Control

In 2000 DirectLine Technologies built a new calling center, designed from the ground up to provide quality through dedicated training facilities, custom-designed and build calling stations with significant sound deadening, and supervisory and management offices that open directly into the call center.

A large caller break room and outside patio provide on-site facilities for mandated breaks, and 42" plasma displays provide up-to-the-minute progress charts on all projects called each day.  Individual caller and project performance charts are displayed on each staff member's desktop during the shift, and both project and individual caller performance is available to you through the internet.
